I FINALLY got the chance to go to Paris, and it was nothing short of amazing. This city is so beautiful! It almost doesn’t seem real. It’s also massive, so if there is any advice coming out of this it is to wear good shoes.
It was a really quick trip because Dylan is in the midst of a busy season with work and school, but we thought we’d make the best out of the limited time we had. After arriving in Paris at Gare du Nord, we met up with Dylan’s long time friend JR. We spent the evening eating tacos, consuming wine, and riding around the streets of Paris on bikes. Let me tell you, if you can get your hands on a bike, go cycle at night! Coming from a person who is terrified to cycle in big cities, night is perfect because the streets are quiet and the buildings are magnificent when lit up!
Our second day, we traveled by foot across Paris. We covered all the major attractions, and got these photos along the way.
^Dylan getting artsy with my macaroons ( every time I visit a city I spent a fortune on these. SO worth it)
I wish I could give solid recommendations but we just simply didn’t have enough time. I plan to go back, and when I do, hopefully i’ll be able to give some advice of where to go/ what to do. All I can say that Paris really is what people make it out to be. Its nothing short of amazing.
